Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.
Please follow these instructions to qualify for a return or exchange:

NOTE: To expedite your return request, please be sure to include all information above in your email. Otherwise, your refund/exchange could be delayed. Within 2 business days, a Customer Service representative will email you instructions for returning your item.
Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Customers must return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order.
- Returned products are subject to inspection by Swords Planet. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.
- If a Discount Certificate was used on the purchase containing the returned merchandise, the value of the Discount Certificate will be credited first. Any remaining amount will be credited against the payment type(s) used in the original transaction. The Discount Certificate can be used toward another purchase prior to its original expiration date; otherwise the Rewards certificate amount will be forfeited.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
