    A cosy escape that leaves me wanting more. I enjoyed reading this book, with thanks to #Netgalley. I enjoyed most of the characters, especially the older ones, not afraid to speak their minds, though one character got my back up from the moment he left without paying. Whilst I loved the story set around the village and the chocolate shop, in particular, some of the motivations and conflict were a little predictable but that didn’t detract from my enjoyment. There were moments in the book where the third person omniscient (I think) point of view stood out a lot but it did help to find out a little more about the secondary characters stories. PS: I loved the recipes at the back of the book :) Thanks, #Netgalley #HarperImpulse
