    I got really fed up with reading about all the alcohol she was drinking and not showering etc. Disappointed a lot like girl on the train.

    I found The Woman In The Window an enjoyable read with enough twists and turns to keep me hooked! Trying to figure out if Anna was really seeing and experiencing what she believed or whether it was the tricks of a medication and wine-addled mind was unnerving and I found myself desperate to believe in her... There were one or two spots in the book that felt a little dry however I persevered and was rewarded with a good ending that wasn’t at all what I had anticipated! Definitely worth a read, though not sure if it will be a repeat read!

    I downloaded the taster (despite the title and premise being basically the same as the Girl on the Train). The contents page was oddly short as it only specified the chapters up to the end of the taster section. If I’m honest that was only reason I kept reading: because I thought the book was that short. The writing style and content was alright but there was absolutely no hook to make me want to buy the book (and at an astonishingly high £7.99!). I had even started to skip over the dull bits. Really disappointing. Sorry.
