    Thoroughly enjoyed reading this. It has the flavour of Grishams earlier work such as A Time to Kill, with great quirkiness to the characters and an light, humourous vibe. Easy to become absorbed with. A recommended holiday read for sure.

    A steady read that led me in, but i was wanting the plot to develop. It didnt until the last couple of pages, and even then it was weak! Might have been written by a Ghost writer! Didnt feel like a Grisham !

    I always snap up a Grisham novel during our family summer holiday. This one is a break from the legal stuff I normally insist on, but is by no means a disappointment. The characters are introduced fluidly and the plot is simply gripping throughout. Female or male, old or young, you'll be hooked from beginning to end. Richard Bryant Colchester UK

    Brilliantly concocted! About time Mr Grisham. Apart from Grey Mountain, some of your recent story lines had become a little hackneyed, a little thin on well rounded, plausible characters. You have won me back.

    Good read. The book entertained me (hard to do) and inspired me. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 star is lack of depth of emotion of main character. Thanks, hope to read more of same author books for good escapism.
