  • Great guide for those with a passion for learning French

    I decided to buy this book because I am very interested in learning French. I have French ancestry but I was brought up in England, with English parents and grew up with no French relatives around me to help me pick up the language. I studied French in school for a year and also did 2 modules in University so I have a basic understanding but would love to be fluent. This book appealed to me because of the title “Fluent in French” – that is what I would love to be! I think this book would appeal to any adults who are interested in French, already have a basic understanding and are looking to improve their writing, reading, speaking and listening. What I like most about this book is it is very well-written and easy to understand. It has links to the author’s website with some really useful resources for those looking to immerse themselves in the language. When you read “Fluent in French” you get the sense that it is definitely written by someone like you who has a love of French and a love of learning the language. After reading this book I feel much better-equipped to become fluent in French and more confident in doing so. I am very grateful to the author for all of this information!
